“I live for these sessions. They are the highlight of my week. My sister has depression and I am bullied and this helps me forget my problems. I have an easier time making friends and no one is mean to me. When I’ve been having a rubbish day when people have been making fun of me, they cheer me up. It makes me feel better about myself” A member of our International Young Company.

Weekly sessions at Ark-T are part of the Creativity Changes Lives project funded by BBC Children In Need.
