The cost of living crisis has exacerbated food insecurity faced by our communities. In addition to the thousands of individuals and families who relied on our support over the past three years, many more new people are now requesting help, placing considerable strain on our already stretched resources. Alongside rising demand for food, there have been serious food shortages amongst the partnership’s major food suppliers.

As a proud member of the OX4 Food Crew, we’re aiming to harness the power of our alliance to bulk purchase essential food items which have become unavailable through food surplus programs. We need to purchase, store, coordinate and distribute vital additional food supplies across our network to meet increased demand. This will help us ensure we maintain the capacity we have worked so hard to create in our community.
